Urban Dynamics Eastern Cape has an extensive experience base relating to spatial planning, strategic planning, development facilitation, GIS mapping and project management. The company specializes in planning for development in urban and rural areas with our main client base being Local Authorities throughout the Eastern Cape.  Urban Dynamics Port Elizabeth office is one of ten Urban Dynamics Offices distributed throughout Southern Africa.  This provides us with a massive support and expertise base to tackle and implement projects of various natures with ease.

 

We have been involved with the people and communities of the Eastern Cape for more than 25 years.  During this involvement we facilitated numerous projects for Local and District Municipalities which are directly related and linked to spatial and strategic planning.  Through these processes we built an extensive database and knowledge of these areas and their unique challenges and opportunities. It is therefore clear that the Urban Dynamics Eastern Cape Port Elizabeth office has extensive expertise and a wide range of National and International knowledge pool to draw from, should this be required for specific projects.
